Do you guarantee visa approval?
No — and nobody honest can. Approval is decided by the Malaysian authorities. We prepare your file carefully and coordinate with a licensed company secretary who handles the filing. If your profile looks weak for a route, we tell you before you pay for it.
Can you help me while I’m still abroad?
Yes — that’s how most moves start. The consultation happens by video, housing viewings are filmed for you, and your documents are prepared remotely. We meet you in person once you land in Kuala Lumpur.
Do you work in English?
Yes. The team works in both French and English. English-speaking clients are handled by Hassan, from the first call to the handover.
What does it cost?
The 15-minute discovery call is free. After it, we tell you exactly which services you need and what they cost — including the strategy consultation. No hidden fees, and no obligation to go further.
Are you an immigration agency?
No, and we’ll never pretend to be. We don’t hold an immigration licence. For visas and company creation, we act as your intermediary and coordinate with licensed partners who handle the official filing.
