Do you guarantee visa approval?
Honestly, no one can — the decision is made by the Malaysian authorities. What we can promise is a carefully prepared file, a licensed company secretary handling the filing, and an honest view of your chances before you commit to anything.
Can you help me while I’m still abroad?
Yes — that’s how most moves start. The consultation is a call, housing viewings are filmed for you, and your documents are prepared remotely. We meet you in person once you land in Malaysia.
Is everything done in English?
Yes. Every call, every document we prepare for you and every follow-up is in English, from the first call to the handover.
What does it cost?
The 15-minute discovery call is free. After it, we tell you exactly which services you need and what they cost — including the strategy consultation. No hidden fees, and no obligation to go further.
Are you an immigration agency?
No, and we’ll never pretend to be. We don’t hold an immigration licence. For visas and company creation, we act as your intermediary and coordinate with licensed partners who handle the official filing.
